center for technology and learning at UVI
I was hired as a consultant for the Information Technology Division to analyze and redesign the infrastructure which would enable the effective integration of information technology and learning at the university. Although many efforts existed across the university community, these programs were disconnected, resulting in a constant reinvention of the wheel and little transfer of knowledge across time and divisional units.

Working with the (then) CIO, Beth Heyliger, I designed this center to facilitate training for students, staff and faculty. Administrative changes in the organization stalled progress on this project. Eventually, as the organization changed, this project was turned over to the Director of Libraries on the St. Croix campus.
